In my opinion, I can’t find a candidate that I would vote for on either side of the aisle right now.  The Dem debates are hidden on Sat nights and poorly constructed for what reason I can only guess; the Rep debates are visible and prime time on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s ….but the responses are watered down because of too many folks on the stage — simply disappointing.  I am hoping somebody from either party demonstrates they are the quality we need in the White House.

I totally agree! The unfortunate reality is that “We the People” have very little during this phase to influence the choices and thus they race forward hopeful of getting that all so important “Party Nomination” that grants them the right to be the official candidate to represent the Dems or the Reps… I am a “Convention of States” supporter and remain hopeful that one day “we the People” can lay differences aside and join as one to really change our country by ratifying through our home states something simple like Term Limits for Congress or Single Item Bills instead of them begin so inflated and full of unrelated things. In closing I actually want to see the two main parties dissolved and eliminated forever with new ones form that truly can represent “We the People” and not be ties to Lobbyist, Big Corporations, Agenda Seeking Entities, and so on…

The debates show how much of a shame the entire system is. I always avoid discussion on politics, especially overseas. We have lost a great deal of credibility in this world.
